Masks are not a medical device or an individual protection device; they can be produced pursuant to art. 16, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree 18/2020, under the responsibility of the manufacturer Plùs Que Ma Vìe which guarantees product safety. The masks in question cannot be used in a hospital or in a care environment as they do not have the technical requirements of medical devices and of personal protective equipment. The user must however comply with the precautionary rules on social distancing and the others introduced to deal with the Covid-19 emergency.
